Over 45,000 votes were cast by the spa and wellness community in the UAE over the past ten months to determine the winners in various categories. A total of 56 awards were presented across 29 categories, covering hotels, independent spas, salons, health clubs, and wellness centers. The event was attended by prominent figures in the spa and wellness industry, including general managers, spa directors, marketing and PR professionals, and social media influencers. The atmosphere of the ceremony was casual and laid-back, reflecting FACT’s down-to-earth and fun approach. The awards celebrated the leaders in the industry who provide indulgent experiences in the UAE.The winners were chosen through a combination of public votes and critics’ opinions. Each category had two awards: the BEST, determined by the FACT editorial team and industry experts, and the FAVORITE, chosen through online public voting.
